Genom att ta med egen mat till jobbet eller skolan kan man spara en hel del pengar, och detta är ju säkerligen ingen nyhet för dig. Personligen älskar jag matlådan. Förutom att den gör att jag sparar flera tusenlappar per år så sparar den även tid för mig, eftersom jag lägger väldigt lite tid i veckan på att fixa maten. Det vill säga: minska på köttkonsumtionen. Baljväxter är ca 20 gånger mer klimatsmart än att äta nötkött och kostar verkligen väldigt lite, för ca 3-4 kronor får du en portion.  Baljväxter är dessutom toppen för kroppen, innehåller bra med vitaminer, mineraler, fibrer, protein och långsamma kolhydrater. Så för den som äter merparten kött till sina måltider: gå över till att äta vegetariskt ett par gånger i veckan.
